I'm thinking of getting back into my Chaos Army, but I'm wondering if Daemons can be included in the same army, obviously if you buy and use both codexes?

They can but they are included as lesser or greater daemons,not as bloodletters or plaguebearers or bloodthirsters etc.

Yeah in the current 'dex, they don't actually have all the different Daemons.

It's treated as "Greater" and "Lesser" Daemons, that's about it.

You can still use all the Daemons models though.

Or use apoc/forge world rules since they allow mixed armies. Or find an opponent who isn't a douche and will let yu use two smaller armies in lieu of one large one.
