When the AOBR set came out I must have bought like 5 sets and traded marines for orks the whole way across so I could start a greeen tide ork army. Now, I'm stuck with a ton of normal nobz I've been trying to find a use for and this is what I came up with: HQ: 2x Warbosses with Powerklaw, Eavy Armor, Attack Squig, and Cybork Body 2x115=230 Elite: 10 Nobz with eavy armor: 1 with powerklaw+Kombi-rokkit, 1 with powerklaw+twin-linked shoota, 1 with powerklaw+kombi-scorcha, 1 with big choppa+kombi-scorcha, 1 with big choppa+kombi-rokkit, 1 with big choppa+twin-linked shoota, 1 with bosspole, 1 with waagh banner, 1 with choppa+slugga, 1 painboy all riding in Battlewagon with red paintjob and 3 big shootas 530 10 Nobz with eavy armor: 1 with powerklaw+Kombi-rokkit, 1 with powerklaw+twin-linked shoota, 1 with powerklaw+kombi-scorcha, 1 with big choppa+kombi-scorcha, 1 with big choppa+kombi-rokkit, 1 with big choppa+twin-linked shoota, 1 with bosspole, 1 with waagh banner, 1 with choppa+slugga, 1 painboy all riding in Battlewagon with red paintjob and 3 big shootas 530 5 Kommandos with Boss Snikrot, rokkit launcha and burna 150 Troops: 10 Nobz with eavy armor: 1 with powerklaw+Kombi-rokkit, 1 with powerklaw+twin-linked shoota, 1 with powerklaw+kombi-scorcha, 1 with big choppa+kombi-scorcha, 1 with big choppa+kombi-rokkit, 1 with big choppa+twin-linked shoota, 1 with bosspole, 1 with waagh banner, 1 with choppa+slugga, 1 painboy all riding in Battlewagon with red paintjob and 3 big shootas 530 10 Nobz with eavy armor: 1 with powerklaw+Kombi-rokkit, 1 with powerklaw+twin-linked shoota, 1 with powerklaw+kombi-scorcha, 1 with big choppa+kombi-scorcha, 1 with big choppa+kombi-rokkit, 1 with big choppa+twin-linked shoota, 1 with bosspole, 1 with waagh banner, 1 with choppa+slugga, 1 painboy all riding in Battlewagon with red paintjob and 3 big shootas 530 The only things I'd currently have to buy would be 4 painboyz, 3 more battlewagons and materials to convert a ton of powerklaws, kombi-weapons and big choppas. I know it lacks a lot of the resilience and mobility of biker nobz, but it brings 40 nobz to the table also, like I said, it's a cheap army for me to take up as I already have the nobz collecting dust.

You don't take snikrot unless you have a mob of 14 kommandos to go with him, and then you give them x2 burnas for horde-toasting and termi-stomping.
This list is pretty hit and miss, really, its either they pop your transports, and you lose, or they don't, and you win.

Well, the main goal of this list is to find a use for the 40 something nobz I have laying around after putting my green tide together. I know that without wound allocation exploitation+eavy armor+FNP they're as good as useless, beyond that I don't really know what else to do with them.
The reason for Snikrot is mostly point filler, I could go with 10 lootas instead, but they'd die jusst as fast. I'd rather have two burnas in the squad, but that puts my points JUST over the 2500 mark. The only other options I have without making any additional purchases are deffkoptas and slugga boys.
One is over-costed and the other I don't think would have any beneficial effect

I'm thinking I may drop a warboss, a unit of nobz and a battlewagon for a big mek with KFF and 2 units of trukk boyz with pk nobz. That should leave me with plenty of points to fill out the kommando squad and it'll provide my trukks and battlewagons with obscured saves to prevent having all my vehicles popped first turn. This would also still allow me to use up what is still a very large number of nob models.

It appears that all Nobz in a mob are differently equipped.
So the army has resilience thanks to wound allocation.
I'd drop the Kommandoz and take some Killa Koptas just for fun.

That is a mean, mean list. And don't worry about your lack of numbers, the models you have are so tough you will make it across the board and do massive damage when you get there.
That is actually a really mean list. My only suggestion is to take a squad of 10 grots to sit on your objective while the bruisers move up field to crush everything. I think you will roll right over most people with this list. Automatically Appended Next Post: Oh also, put deff rollas on the battle wagons, they are awesome.

I think that'll be your fate, and in 2500 point games, deploying with only 4 vehicles is going to be...interesting. I'd imagine most of your opponents will have a fairly easy time gunning those BW's down before they get into range. If not, they can kill a couple of you and roadblock with transports while they dispatch the ones they couldn't get to by your second turn.
New Tyranid Warriors with boneswords will eat this list for breakfast. Tau, IG, Razorback- or Vindicator-heavy marines, and dual lash Chaos will also be quite stuffed come mid-morning. Basically, anything that can deny your speed and/or reliably pop AV14 (or 12 if they can get to your sides) will be a huge challenge for this list.
