First up is an old school rhino. I used an IG battle cannon because I don't like the old vindicator cannons.

Next is the techmarine. I really like how the red came out. However, people that paint red marines all of the time are touched in the head. Seriously. I have 1 more techmarine to paint, then NEVER AGAIN. Ugh. I gave this one a plasma pistol because it looks cool.

Lascannon black templar. Not much to add.

Finally, the Black Templar Sergeant with terminator honors, plasma pistol, and close combat weapon. Not sure how often I'll use him, but I'm starting to like plasma pistols.

Given how much you hate painting red, you did a very good job of it on the Techmarine. Very clean and nice from what I can tell

Yeah, these are really clean, nice bold highlights. That's hard to do well.

Infinity: Way, way better than 40K and more affordable to boot!

I like! The vindi looks a bit off to me for some reason, but since i can't think of it, who cares? The white in particular is super smooth- what's your method?

Winning is good, explosions are better!

Excellent stuff here!

I'm soon going to be painting a lot of black myself (Raven Guard), so, care to share you recipe, technique, tips, tricks, etc.?

Reaper Master Series Paints: Polished bone, followed by white.

I put a bit on the brush, dip it in my water pot, then dab it on the mini. I'm careful to use dabbing motions, not strokes. Also, thin layers. The white might take 2 layers on some minis.

I prime my templars in black, so it usually takes 1 layer of polished bone, and 1-2 layers of white.

Thanks for the feedback!
