Blackmoore is one of the experts playing footslogging Eldar.
I play Eldar too, but usually mechanized.

@Wuestenfux:
So basically you are saying what works for him is what works for him and that if anyone touches it, they immediately have 'fail' branded to their foreheads

Dynamic Duo is ok.
Eldrad with harlies to be 'invisible'.

Rangers and GJB in reserve most likely.
Guardians in reserve as well, then come in later and do their stand-off shooting.

Hvy support looks good.

I can see what Wuestenfux was getting at. This list is very fragile. It can do what it does well, but it has a very exposed body of troops and the heavy hitters are relatively slow. While their ranged fire is decent, but not that much.

It's a list that relies more on usage rather than list building.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

@Sanctjud:
The flow of battle is different from that of a mech army.
As for each Eldar armies, all parts must work perfectly together.
Synergy is key. This army requires some experience to attain synergy.

I don't think you have enough harlequins, they might be hidden but only for so long and 5 of them won't last long when the guns can eventually see them.

The rangers will get hammered when no cover save weapons come along, the guardian jetbikes won't last long as only three of them.

I've tried wraithlords, didn't rate them.

If I was going foot eldar I would take a avatar and loads of guardians with brightlance platforms. Add a warlock to the guardians and use conceal power, 5+ cover save isn't much but better than no save, right? Then add in three wraithlords and a farseer council.

Possibly not a Council but a Harlequin unit for counter charge.

I play a list very similar to blackmoors.. It's takes a while to learn and lots of practice. But it produces a lot of fire power at the same time. It can take on most anything, you just have to know how to do it (usually a different strategy for each different army list).
