So there is a tournament at the end of next month at my local games workshop store. 1850 and it will use the missions from Adepticon, kind of as test tourney.
I wanted to go with a Freebooter style with my orks and I wanted my army list to reflect that. So I modified a Badrukk model a bit to make him a counts as Ghazghkull (have the model as well if anyone objects) named Kaptin Blitzkrusha complete with background and such. I converted a battlewagon into his own personal transport with parts from eldar and dark eldar (basically a nice big jet engine cluster in the back and a killy looking bow). I'm in the process of converting dark eldar raiders into trukks.

HQ:
Kaptin Blitzkrusha (Ghazghkull Thraka) - ammo runt (bit of fluff for the kaptin)

So you can see I have 116 points left to play with. Also everything is wysiwyg so im kinda stuck with the deffrolla. I'm thinking of dropping the 18 man squad and using nobz instead. Not really sure what to do, (besides throw bosspoles on all the nobz and misc upgrades.

You can consider 2-4 models of deffkoptas (1 with buzzsaw) to take out a tank or 2 on turn 1 and etc. I can't think of a koptas model to fit your theme.

The stikkbomb chukka on battle wagon in theory is a great idea, but when you start to look at the model chart, most scary stuff have better initiative than ork boys. If you shave some points here and there, take armour plates on your battle wagons. You can consider dropping the grot rigger on your big mek's battlewagon, he can fix with mek's tool.

Those are some of the stuffs you can consider. I could tell you to change a lot more of this and that, then it'll become my army list instead of yours. Competitive list is only a google search away.

Stikkbomb Chukka is a bad upgrade, the only units that would really benefit from it are models with I4.
However both those models are Ghazghkull, who has a PK anyway and the other case is a warboss. If you absolutely feel that removing the PK from a warboss is a qood way to shave points then go ahead and take it.

As you can see I don't like the Stikkbomb Chukka.

Max out the burnas for a hit multiplier of 16 on the flame template. Also strip the mek down a bit as he shouldn't be leaving the wagon ever.

If you swap the retinue mob for a Nob squad, you get a) more PKs, b) room for more HS, c) Ghazghkull gets WS7, d)FNP, on Ghazghkull and e)complex unit wound allocation fun...

Also if you are going to be KoS, you're forgetting 2 things: Red Paint Job and Rams on the Trukks. Those 2 upgrades I always take on trukks, RPJ earns its points back always, and the Ram is good just for re-rolling terrain tests, but if you ram other AV10 vehicles, its fun too...

Looks alright to me, add some deffkopters for flanking ahead and busting those tanks with rokkits

I think fluff wise for the freebooter feel ya should go for nobz with da kaptun... But only if you could get a full 10. Go all the way or not at all. Also I dunno why but when I thought of Kopta's in a freebooter theme I see fan boats with a big sail on it too...

I think you'd benefit from swapping the boyz in the battlewagon for meganobz. If you're using badrukk as ghazgkull then having a whole squad of blinged-out meganobz would be really cool. It would also give you a pwoerful assault unit that could probably splatter whatever you pointed it at, which you usually want one of in your army. Good for slaughtering tanks and biker nobs and whatnot.
