Looking at taking a 1750 IG army for the up comming Chicago land tournement. 6 Chimera's, 3 Medusa, 2 PBS. 1 Alpha strike Vendetta/ Demo unit.
The main reason for the two auto cannon squads are to deploy on either side of the Chimera wall to buffer off Snikrot... wolf scout... and the like. I wanted to to take a plasma Vets to deploy against some of the hardest unit when they get in the open.

5 Big templates. Does this army have what it takes?

Im not a fan. 20 kill points with the capacity to blob down to 19. Ouch. Pray your veterans last if there are objectives, or you will have to table your opponent. You have very little that Id need to focus on in order to neuter your scoring ability.
