Confirmed by PPS Simon.

That's a little sooner than I expected. Time to get the funding in order...

Ah, just the book maybe? Another thread mentions cards later in the month.

Great news.

I am tired of reading though the PDF looking for rules and such. Can't wait to get the book in hand!

Think the cards are later. As a bonus though, I was handling the new Harlan Versh card and noticed that it had a gloss sheen on it that lets you use a dry erase marker without the need for a card protector. I'll probably still use card protectors to protect the card edges and whatnot, but the gloss is a nice touch.

Will it stain if you don't wipe it, though?

Some online stores have the cards on preorder for the 27th.

The 27th? Looks like the earliest I can run an event without killing several forests will be the
30th then.

Hey, just to doublecheck - this rulebook is all I need to start playing, right? (And a battlegroup, or the equivalent thereof, obv)

Pretty much... The core rulebook comes with all the unit rules and everything. If you like a set army however, you might want to grab their nice and shiny army books when they come out. Gives you a massive amount of info for that nation/army and alot of lovely artwork too.

Sadly i'm a retribution player, so i had to buy a army book.

The core rulebook (Prime MkII) only has some of the unit (model) rules in it. Each model comes with its own rules so as Superscope says, you only need the core rulebook. Or you can download 90% of the core rules for free (legally) here.
