In the imperial guard codex, stormtroopers are listed as having a hot-shot lasgun, a hot-shot laspistol, and a close combat weapon. Does this mean that each stormtrooper has all three, or that only the sergeant has the pistol and no hot-shot lasgun? For standard infantry squads, it specifically states that only the sergeant has the pistol, but it does not say this for stormtrooper squads.

well in the 'dex it says:
"the sgt. May exchange his hot-shot laspistol and/or hot-shot lasgun for:" at one point. so it sounds like they get all three.

squad leaders, unless otherwise noted, do not lose the wargear that they have upon the upgrade to squad leader.

They have all three.

As such they can fire their rifles or fire the pistols then charge (and get +1A for a pistol+ccw)

I've charged mine once, outflanked and fired laz pistols then charged some fire warriors.

Yes, they have all three, same way as Chaos Spess Mahrines or Grey Hunters have a Bolter, Bolt Pistol and CCW.
