Posted this to my blog at: http://pokeminiatures.blogspot.com/2009/12/warmachine-prime-mk2-spoilers-on-pp.html
User fildrigar has gotten his MK2 book in the mail and has posted several threads in the faction forums spoiling the new heavy warjacks that appear in Warmachine: Prime MK2
Cygnar: Cyclone
POW 12, baby!
*action Dual Covering fire ( two 3" AOEs )
Rapid Fire ( d3 each )
POW 14 open fists.
Same cost as a Defender. Same chassis. ( same stats ) He also states that the range is 10".
Protectorate of Menoth: Templar
POW 17 flail with Beat Back and Chain Weapon. The flail has Reach, the shield is P+S12
Khador: Decimator
Same chassis as Juggernaut. Same cost as Destroyer.
Rng10 /rof 2 / Pow 15 gun with Beat Back ( ! )
POW 18 Ripsaw with Sustained attack.
Cryx: Corruptor
Slayer chassis and statline.
Same cost as two nightwretches.
Immune to corrosion.
Melee attack is Pow 15.
Range 12 / rof 1 / Pow 14.
Both get to choose one effect from this list: ( when living model killed )

I'd just like to say that as cool as the new stuff is...
Your blog having "poke" in the title is amazing.
And this is severely tempting me to do Cygnar again.
Do Trenchers actually fare well now, or are they back to not being so great?

So the book does have stats in it then? There were rumours they'd be saved for the army books.
Well that's good news then. Hopefully the book will be in stock when I'm in a gaming store in January!

Only the single heavies. The lights, new warcasters and the new units appear in the force books.

And like the sucker that I am, I'll be getting one of each of the non-cryx 'jacks. Sigh... EDIT: I guess I can make wreck markers with the other spare parts? Or magnetize? Hrmn...

Guinness: for those who are men of the cloth and football fans, but not necessarily in that order.
I think the lesson here is the best way to enjoy GW's games is to not use any of their rules.--Crimson Devil |

Moz on the forums magnetized his Retribution Myrmidons. He calls it the omnijack, I think.

I'm waiting for the UK prices before I jump in with the plastic faction jacks. If they're out of sync with the other plastics then I'll be giving TheWarStore a call.
