Land Raider 250 pts

Transportation may be an issue since the Land Raider's capacity is 12 models. I would take one of the Scout squads out for a Whirlwind, Predator, or Land Speeders. I would also take out a Tactical Squad for a Dreadnought. Rhinos, Razorbacks, or Drop Pods might also be helpful. With or without these changes it seems like a pretty good list.

Er ... you probably don't need this many troops @ 1500. Might make sense to drop a few and get some vehicles.

First, the Librarian should better cast powers like avenger and not shoot a pistol.

Three full troop units are sufficient.
So I'd take either 3 full Tacticals or 2 full Tacticals plus a full Scout unit (that can be combat squadded).

The capabilities of a LR is wasted if a non-Termie unit is transported.
I'd drop the 4th troop unit and mount 5 Assault Termies into the LR, or 4 plus the Librarian giving him terminator armor and storm shield.

Yep, no sense in having any upgraded weapons on Librarians

Well I killed three Punisher tanks in the first turn with the scouts sniper rifles and a lascannon

Sniper Rifles killing a Leman first turn? how the hell'd you pull that off?

I was able to infiltrate my scouts behind his tanks and take down two but they died second turn by his IG but I was able to have one of my lascannon to take down the last one and that won the game because it was kill points

First of all...crongrats on your win. Always fun when you do well. Secondly, I agree with some of the other guys. I have been a huge fan of Razorbacks for Tac Squads. Combat Squad them. Put the Flamer and Sergent w/ a PF or PW in the Razorback.
Sit the HW back and shoot away. If you sit them back, flamers won't do too well with their 8"range. You would be relying on a failed charge or something like that. I would take either a bolter or a Plasma Gun over the flamer unless you have the option of transport or Drop Pod.
Therefore, if you want, I would do this:
1) Drop a Tac Squad and a Scout Squad.
2)Use these Points to
a-Put 3 PWs in remaining Tac.
b-Add 3 Razorbacks w/ Assault Cannons

You could also do heavy flamers on the Razorbacks and upgrade the Tac Squads to a plasma/melta or two.
