I think it was calles something like bull dog gears? ( company name? )
they sell GW army's icon / insignia .
Does anyone know anything about them?

Ancient Chaos Terminator

The company that produced Warhammer themed merchandise for GW under license was called Bulldog Buckle Company. GW then moved to selling the pins, buckles, etc. directly through their Warp Artefacts website. Warp Artefacts was shut down and all such merchandise since then has been sold through the Black Library website.

Ah. Well nothing right now apparently.
I have one of the old resin Imperial challis boxes, I love it.
I used some of their pins and key chains on vehicles and terrain before that stuff came out in plastic and brass.

Bulldog Buckles went bust due to some interesting managment choices. They made not only GW stuff, but a whole host of other licensed products from Harley Davidson, through to rock band items, etc.
When they went bust, GW were able to collect all the moulds and unsold stock that were for their IP, and sold it through the Warp Artefacts site, until that site was folded into the Black Library.
Other then a history lesson, not sure if I can be much help with getting hold of such items, other then looking out on eBay.
