So I have a quick question: In a Black Templars army with the vow Suffer Not the Unclean to Live! are Templars with powerfists Str9 or Str10? I guess my basic question is, which comes first, the vow or the powerfist--do you add 1 to their strength for the vow and then double it for the fist (for a total strength of 10) or do you double their strength for the fist and then add 1 for the vow (total strength of 9)? I really wanna get the Strength 10!!!!!  Just makin sure it's legit.

This is correct. So no, I'm afraid you cannot have your S10 powerfist.
