Okay with the new nids codex coming out we are having a lot of smack talking going on, so me and a friend have been challenged to a 4k team game at the end of jan. Going to be 2 nids players vs me and a friend that plays salamanders. So thinking about bringing these 2 list. Here goes...

If you're going 2 on 2 against nids, see if you can talk one of the Nid players to bring along a PBS or 3, and play IG instead....

Because there are just a handful of obscenely broken combos available there that i'm curious to see... like Weaken Resolve and Life Drain...

The Midlands

You can't have a ten man squad in a razorback for your friend, the limit is six men.

The 10-man squad is going to combat squad. The razorback is there for the heavy bolter. Just like the 2 rhinos are there to have the rune priest and Njal in to use as a pill box for Living Lightning and JoWW.

You're correct, but you don't need to put them in the razorback, and unless specifically restricted, you can take a razorback no matter what the squad size.

The Midlands

I'd just like to bring this up, your against nids, cc, they come to you, so unless you are playing objectives I would recommend that you take off the transports and use the points on more men. Keep the LR Redeemer though. I also don't agree on having a multi- melta on the Land Speeders, if you are against a horde army you are best taking heavy bolters and assault cannons.
