1) Even with the Sternguard, I feel that 3 scoring units in a 2k game is kinda low.
2) I assume that the Terminators are TH/SS and going in the Land Raider. If not, I feel that the LR is wasted potential.
3) Sterngard are over equipped I feel. Drop the PP, SB's and Heavy Flamer. Also where is their transport? The Land Raider is a waste for them.
4) I like Power Fists and Flames on my Assault Marines, I think its a better all around build.
5) I would seriously consider atleast a Power Weapon for those Tacticals.
6) Dev squads is a big point sink. 5 guys and 4 Lascannons is too expensive and the Razorback is too much. I'd atleast knock down the Lascannons to Missile Launchers and save yourself alot of points, then take a TL HB Razorback and you'll have alot of extra points to play with.

I more or less agree with minigun here. You need to streamline your squad upgrades and shave some fat off in a couple of places.

The Sternguard can roll without the options you have there, and should probably have their own transport. I like Melta on my SG personally, in some combination of actual MGs and Combi's.

With Pedro in tow I'd probably drop the Devs and go with another unit of Melta equipped SG. That adds another scoring unit and keeps the AT quotient up. 5 marines with 4 very expensive HWs just isn't the way to roll.

At least a PW in the Tacs is a good idea too.

The Assault squad really should be PF, flamer, flamer.

If you're worried about ranged AT when you take the Devs out then think about upping the Dread to a twin las, or replacing it with MM/HF Speeders. I might go with the second option anyway if this were my army.

He knows that I know and you know that he actually doesn't know the rules at all.
