I'm still learning
IG myself so take my advice with alot of salt, but I'll do what I can. I'm also approaching this from the perspective of a potential opponent, namely Chaos.
-Company Command Squad, with Astropath and 4 Plasma guns all loaded in a Chimera (my plasma taxi)
Seems pretty good. The Astropath seems like it will help you some, but at the same time your entire army isn't completely reliant on Reserves so its not mandatory. I'd be more scared of OoF and having you screw with my Reserves. I used to be a fan of the Plasma taxi, but anymore I feel that the Melta taxi is a better idea because its cheaper, safer and better at tank killing. I find I have alot of S6/7 with Chimera and Autocannons.

If nothing else he's a fun little guy. Expect him to kill a unit and die.
-Psyker Battle Squad (8), mounted in a Chimera (my large blast template/ leadership reducing squad)
Useful for non-Fearless armies, however those are becoming more and more rare. This seems kind of like a novelty unit to me, not bad but I think I'd prefer another Leman Russ.

These I don't like to be honest. If you really want Plasma spamming, I'd just take a Executioner. The Battle Cannon is wasted against Terminators and the sponons make you too static for my tastes. I think I'd take the bare naked
LRBT most of the time, maybe upgrade to a Lascannon if I wanted to threaten enemy armor/
MCs at range.
-Manticore, (Long range tank killer or troop killer)
These things seems scary, especially against Land Raiders.

Very solid. I keep bouncing back and forth between 4x Flamers or 4x Grenade Launchers. Both seem to have their appeal.

I've heard alot of people having success with these squads. Once deployed, thats alot of mid S shots going downrange. I'd keep the Heavy Bolter on the Chimera (I didn't see it specified one way or the other)

Both seem to be fairly standard power builds so they should be good.
-Valkyire with Mutiple Rocket Pods (transport my melta vets and provide anti horde firepower after dropping off vets, late game objective grabber)

-Speical Weapons Squad, with Demo Charge and 2X flamers mounted in a Vendetta (This squad is designed to clear an objective late game by riding in the Vendetta and then holding it FTW)
I'm not sure about these guys, seems like such a small squad with a niche role.

I'll be honest, I'm terrified of Vendettas.
SOOO... this leaves me with about 110 pts left what would you guys recommend adding to this list or changing in it? What has been performing well out there? I have been deployed for the last 10months so I have had limited playing time with the new codex. I think the list is very balanced and it can deal with horde OR armor. It has a total of 9 AV 12 vehicles and 2 AV 14 vehicles.
I'd probably put out another mechanized infantry squad. It seems like you're a little short on scoring units to be honest. Another Chimera + Infantry squad will fill those points perfectly.
