I am trying to decide in a paint scheme for my chaos army and was thinking of doing white armor and dipping them, i have an idea of what I want it to look like but I really don't know how they would turn out. If anyone has dipped white models please post a picture of how they turned out. Thanks in advance.

Dipping white models makes them all come out looking like bone. Its great for a nid army or skeletons ect.

I dipped my tyranids after basecoating them white. Base coat in white, then did some details in color then dipped.
I used ebony wood varnish for this.

Now of course if you change the varnish color or vary the amount of time dipped and/or spun around to remove excess varnish, it will vary the darkness of the dipping
