what exactly are the rules for seeing through skirmishers, I have herd from some that the block los just like everyone else Ive heard they never block it and ive heard the block to enemies but not allies, which is it?

They block LOS as for any other unit, however they do not block LOS *to the models int he same unit* - ie you ignore the models within the unit when the unit is working out how it can fire.

Essentially you need to ask: if you think they don't block LOS to other units as normal you need to find rules that let you od that. In the absence of any rules they block LOS as normal.

Indeed, the fact that skrimishers block LOS is one of their biggest features. You can use a skirmish line to keep your main battle line from getting shot up, and control charges.
