Subject: Army builds legal?

Hi ya'll,
1. I was wondering if this was legal or what. If you use 11 Eldar guardian jetbikes then get a warlock on a jetbike to max out the 12 guardian jetbikes, does the warlock count as the 12th regular bike allowing you to get 4 guardian jetbikes with shuriken cannons? I'm thinking you have to get 12 regular guardian jetbikes and 4 of them have shuriken cannons and then a 13th warlock jetbike to fully max out the squad and be legal.
2. Is there any legal way for a WH army to have IG allies and use a Valkyrie? I thought I say a revision in the IG FAQ saying that it could be taken as a fast attack. (Please say no, because now I'll have to buy it, build it, paint it, and then have no idea where to store it or how to transport it for games. lol).
Thx, for any help or information ahead of time.

The warlock is in addition to the squad and is NOT a "Guardian Jetbike". In order to get 4 Cannons, you need 12 Regular Guardian Jetbikes. No way around it. 11 + Warlock can only take 3 Cannons.

Yes.
Oh, you want to know what it is as well?
take an IG Army with Witch Hunter allies.

1) you may have 12 jetbikes and a warlock. for every 3 Guardain jetbikes you may have a S.Cannon.
2) Yes and no. If you use IA you may take Valkyries otherwise no. (many people do not play IA since it is very unbalanced)

Every third -guardian- jetbike may have a shuriken cannon (warlocks arn't guardians)

The unit (3-12 guardian jetbikes) may be accompanies by a warlock on jetbike. So you can have 12 guardians and one lock for a squad of 13 with 4 cannons.

The aboves are correct, but I would like to add: soooooo not worth 349+ points for 12 jetbikes w/ 4 SC and a lock. 6 is really as high as you should go

Yeah, I was wondering if it was better tactics-wise (sp?) to run them as 2 squads of 6 (with 2 shuriken cannons each squad) and no warlocks, just to keep points down. This would be good to deny or capture objectives since they count as troops and if turbo boosted they get that cover save for "speed". Though a warlock with a Singing Spear is nice to have a str 9 vehicle popper with some speed and distance (12 inch move, chuck spear 12 inches=24 inches).
