Weirdboy-Warphead-85
4x25 Shoota boyz-Nob with PK and BP, 1 Rokkit Launcha in each squad-800
total-1370
I have 130 points left. What should i add? I am thinking Lootas but i don't know how to outfit the squad or if they would be even helpful. Lootas or Deffkoptas so i can take out tanks easier. (With Rokkit Launchas and hopefully a buzzsaw) or another squad of stormboyz<3...or two squads of grots...
(Stormboyz are there because i want to try out a tactica that is somewhere on this site. I also love stormboyz)

IMO you don't need 100 boyz in your army, get 1 squad of stromboyz, why make them 2? kommandos... aahh, good call, just make a full squad. KFF mek will be very useful in a footslogging army but bbe sure to keep all yourr units in it's range!  . Dunno about the weirdboy, don't use them too much.
You're also right with all those units not fitting together, if you want to footslog don't get stormboyz imo and the kan wall is optional because you already have KFF. An army with only a Big Mek will work but the casualities will ofc be bigger then if you had a kan wall. IMO drop the stormboyz and get a kan wall.
There is no good number of boyz in an army because I have 24 in my 2k army list  . In a footslogging list get as many as you can fit except for essentials ( KFF, etc.) Also don't forget about Nobs leading the boyz!
Here's what I came up with for you:
HQ: 175 pts.
Wierdboy /w Warphead : 85 pts.
Big Mek /w KFF and Boss Pole : 90 pts.
Elites: 225 pts.
x14 kommandos + Snikrot : 225 pts.
Heavy Support: 135 pts.
x3 Killa Kans /w Grotzookas : 135 pts.
Troops: 784 pts.
x29 Boyz /w shootas (wierdboy goes here) : 172 pts.
x29 Boyz /w shootas (Big Mek goes here) : 172 pts.
x30 Boyz (+Nob /w PK and BP) : 220 pts.
x30 Boyz (+Nob /w PK and BP) : 220 pts.
Fast attack: 172 pts.
x11 Stormboyz (+Nob /w PK and BP) : 172 pts.
TOTAL: 1491 pts.

I'd consider a kan wall with 6 to 9 Kanz giving them kustom mega blasters.
Then a Big Mek behind accompanied by some Boyz,
Lootas for giving cover fire and Kommandoz for causing havoc in the enemy lines.

you do not need so many kans, trust me, I play a mechanised list and usually all of my vehicles have that 5+ cover save from KFF, now I understand that he has more boyz and more stuff basically, but he doesn't need so many 3-6 is fine.

Well, green tide/kan wall and Stormboyz do not really fit together
as both move at different speeds and so will hit the enemy front ranks in different turns.

Thats the problem though. I really wanna lay out a horde of boyz. I am not too found of using trukks mostly because of the transportation and painting and the lack of boyz! I was thinking of half kan wall and half deffkoptas.
It'd look a little like 100 boyz/6 kanz/big mek/weird boy (zogwort if i can fit him in)/2x5 stormboyz (maybe, still trying!)/as many deffkoptas with rokkits as possible.
With this i can tie up some fire from my kan wall and do it fast enough to maybe keep the wall intact. I want to try and bust some vehicles up or at least tie them up in assault so i can save a few turns. There are also two things to shoot at now. Koptas and the kan wall.

I'd recommend adding lootas. Being able to threaten your enemy's AV 10/12 stuff from the other side of the board is very helpful.

Firstly, Correct me if I am wrong here but vehicles get a +4 obscured cover save from the KFF.
Secondly, the idea of a Kan Wall is to give your footslogging troops a cover save from the Killa Kanz due to the shooting thru units rule. With 3 Kanz you can space them out to about 15 1/2 inches, how is that enuff to hide that many orks behind?

Firstly, Correct me if I am wrong here but vehicles get a +4 obscured cover save from the KFF.
The German codex says they get a 5+ cover save and the codex usually overrules the rule book.

Our most successful Orkplayer in the local shop plays a similarly built list lately.
He uses two squads of 3x Kans, though I can't remember the armaments.
He also takes a unit of Lootas with a SAG.
Then he's got his full-strength mob of Stormboys. The Stormboyz run down the flanks and press the opponent into the Kan Wall. They're a real pain because they come at you fast and hard.

im not too fond of the speed freaks list because of the lack of a horde which i really enjoy.
TheRhino-You said he has stormboyz? Do they ever get shot down before they do their job? That is really my only concern with using them because they could just be a waste of points.
my list looks a bit like this at the moment...
KFF Big Mek-85
Weirdboy+warphead-85 (if i have enough i'll change to zogwort which is an extra 60 points)
4x25 Shoota Boyz-Nob with PK and BP-760
3x2 Killa Kanz with Bigshootas-240-
1170- I have 330 points left to add extra units to support my wall but what should i add? I want to somewhat lean off of lootas because of problems with getting lines of sight and the fact that they do not move. I was thinking 2 squads of 3 deffkoptas with twin rokkits and a squad of 5 stormboyz (sadly with no nob but all they have to do is get tied in combat with something that shoots)
or
1 squad of 3 deffkoptas with twin linked rokkits
1 squad of 2 deffkoptas with twin linked rokkits
1 squad of 5 stormboyz with Nob (Big Choppa/'eavy armour)
then i have 25 points left over for big shootas in my boyz squad
If it looks a slight like a hybrid army than your right, it is somewhat of a hybrid. Will it work? I just need to tie up heavy hitters with my koptas and stormboyz in assault. Thats the main goal

If I'm not mistaken, the KFF gives Killa-Kans a 4+ cover save. I know he does to regular vehicles, not sure about Kans since they count as vehicles, but they're also on foot.

That is correct, you get a 4+ with the KFF, because the vehicle counts as obscured. That is not arguable, that is readily accepted by all. Second, you should take 9 Kans in a Kan wall list because it will give your whole army a 4+ cover save. To think otherwise is foolish.

Ork lists feel too strict on themes. I really want to put some deffkoptas and stormboyz in the list but i just don't have the points to make them effective but i also want a horde of boyz.
Is there such thing as a hybrid with hordes and fast attack!?
Oh and what is the best number of kommandos to take with with Snikrot? I am going to use him to tie up template units and anything that will hit hard on my mob.

KMBs aren't going to hit as often as Grotzookas, better to hae 3 KMB Kans and 6 Grotzooka Kans

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...

You are going to be facing a lot of mech lists and very soon you will be facing charging nids. I think Lootas are essential.

Here is an interesting choice for HQ. I have a powerful Warboss and I need a beast in combat that can separate from the mob and go after targets by himself if required. I back it up with a Kustom force field to protect my forces. This Boss that can keep up. He will disengage when needed from a boys mob and rejoin if required.

This for me is the bare minimum for a respectable force. I just need Lootas. Some will argue that Warbuiggies can do their job but there again we have the problem of survivability, especially without other mech elements in the force.

This is not written in stone but I like as large a mob as possible and Grots are the best value for the bang in our codex. Always take at least one squad. They can tarpit, sit on objectives, cover, etc. Too many uses for such a low cost.

Now another option would be Wazdakka and Warbikers as troops. You would still use the grots as they can slow any charge and allow your Kans to advance and fire. You will get a 4+ save from the Mek on the Kans anyway. This list has proved quite playable. I will mention though that Ork Wall lists perform better when they go first. Alpha striking your Lootas will hurt as it then allows mech lists to choose the terms of engagement. For that reason warbikes become more of a viable option.
