So going though all my stuff last night since, my relatively recent move and located most of the body of my stompa no guns or gubbinz or essentially the cool parts nor the instructions soooo I might have a very expensive ork bastion about to be built grrrrr so angry about this. the main body will be loosly fitted together as far as how I expect it was supposed to be built since I currently havent the foggiest notion, so angry. I figure i could buy the missing bits online but it'd cost me almost as much as a new stompa i figure as the only place i was able to fiund the parts was FEEBAY and still that leaves me with no instructions.

btw if this is supposed to be in P&M please move it there I wasn't sure where suited this topic best

So what is the point of this post? If this was supposed to be in P&M you should have just posted it there. You didn't edit your post, so it seems like it's just you being lazy and not finding the painting section. How did you manage to misplace that many bits anyway? Did you just take everything off the sprues and leave them around the house?

I was mostly looking to discuss the fact that god hath forsaken me and I've lost a bunch of crap and possibly locate me some online instructions. Sorry if I wasn't clear, the clarity of my posts gets severely hindered while I am at work .

Without further adieu the reasoning behind the loss of a ridiculous amount of parts. My stompa was at my girlfriends place, she ended up having her apartment infested with bedbugs. While cleaning it and preparign stuff to be moved she said she wanted no cardboard stuff of anykind as these bugs can too easily hide in the box and then attack the new place. So I stuck the sprues into giant ziploc bags. Now either I have just misplaced somewhere in my new place the giant ziploc bag that had the cool stuff on it or it got mistakenly tossed out during the clean.

The sprues that had the body parts were in a ziploc bag with my lizardmen obviously because the other sprues filled up a bag on their own or somethign to that effect.

Anyway there it is the trouble with my stompa in a nutshell

Well the games workshop website has a detailed guide on how to assemble the stompa

Use your mek skillz and cobble that bing together.

You got a Body, so get yourself some scraps and put them on the shoulders, then go get yourself one of those Titan cannons from over at Forgeworld and tap that on one side, or get yourself four and tap two on each sides More Dakka never goes bad! Make sure you get urself da shooty shhot bit~~

Seriously though,

You got an ork contraption there, what do you get with that? You can either pay double for a Titan that is by all intensive purposes a cobbled together, rattletrap machine of death, or you
can do what the rest of us do, and we get our bitz box, card stock, and odds and ends and make that thing your own.

GW has done themselves a disservice by making thier products cookie cutter. Used to be that we made the thing ours, and it was cool. Now, it's like conversion is a dirty four letter word.

You go on and make that, your other stuff is in the other box, next to the pet rock.

Make that thing and show some picks.

Thanks so much guys and to Grot 6 that was sort of what I was thinking, the kit just seems like a ridiculously over priced Bastion..so yeah I was pretty certain I'll just modify the thing to meet my own needs and make it look extra Orky
