Does anyone know if the scale of the Starship Troopers models will work with 40k. I loved the book and the 1st movie and was wanting to use them as an infantry, walker only imperial guard. I just sure if the scales were the same. If not I guess its Cadians for me. I think they 1/35 or maybe 1/30, unaware of how that converts to metrics. Thanks in advance.

Do you mean the discontinued Mongoose Starship troopers models?

If so, they're slightly undersized compared to 40k, but not unusably so, no worse then some of the older GW miniatures for example.

They work. I use two squads of roughnecks as Inquisition storm troopers. Even have Gene Razak as the vet sgt.

GW can't even keep scale consistent through its HUMAN infantry models, so that should be the least of your worries.
