This is the 2nd time I've threaded on daka and first off I'd love to thank all you guys who gave me answers, its been a real positive forumn.

Anyhow, I am playing Chaos Space marines and have been using predominantly a Nurgle outlook, but i do have 20 Korne Berzerkers, which has just got me wondering, which of the Chaos Gods are known to have a working relationship/partnership?

Would it be cool to include KB with My PM?

How about an army that literally had all Chaos Gods mark present in one unit or another?

Like i said in my other thread im new to the game and the setting so I'm just trying to get a feel.

PS: I ran this list today against a nilla Space marine list and it went pretty well

Land Raider w/ 10 KB pf/ch
Land Raider w/10 KB pf/ch

Rhino w/ 9 PM pf/ch 2mg
and Chaos Sorcerer with MON and Nurgle's ROT
Rhino w/ 9pm pf/ch 2fl
and CHaos Sorcerer with MON and Nurgle's ROT

3 OBLITZ

It was an objective game and after the full 7 turns possible with dice rolls we ended each with one objective and contesting another lol A TIE!!!

From the dephts of pain and suffering I have brought you... now you will know so much more...

If I recall, the classic (highly regarded 4th ed Chaos book) had the main oppositions being Khorne in opposition to Tzeen and Nurgle in opposition to Slaanesh.

This is somewhat less important in the current codex.

There is nothing stopping you bringing two units of KB's as support to your PM's. I frequently run lists drawing from all 4 chaos gods in separate units.

The list you posted is simple, elegant and I think would be very effective. You might struggle with long range hard hitters tho (particlarly if the Oblitz get taken out early). I would consider dropping the PF's on the KB's and picking up power weapons to save some points.

Cheers!

The united chaos army is called chaos undivided and can choose from any god units, these are the word bearers, night lords, iron warriors, Black legion, and alpha Legion. Although you can use your own scheme of course and classify them as undivided.

I was under the assumption that Khorne hates Slaanesh, and Nurgle opposed to Tzeentch.

Some people play to win, some people play for fun. Me? I play to kill toy soldiers.

Well if you go with the older fluff/background, the basics works like this:
1) All of the dark gods hate each other
2) Khorne hates Slaanesh most for being a little pansy who focuses on the sensation of the kill
3) Slaanesh hates Khorne for being a stupid brute who is too stupid appreciate anything besides "Kill maim burn!"
4) Khorne also hates Tzeentch for being a cowardly Psyker instead of meeting his enemies on the honorable field of battle
5) Nurgle hates Tzeentch because he tries to build things up and add a measure of change to a system
6) Tzeentch hates Nurgle because Nurgle is always pulling things down, reducing them to their simplest components and destroying any sense of order

So Berserkers and Plague Marines might hate each other, but they might be willing to work together for a common goal (hating on Tzeentch) or something that benefits their respective gods (death and destruction)

EDIT: Oh and Chaos Undivided is either the worship of all the dark gods as a pantheon or as physical representations of the power of the warp or its just worshipping the raw power of Chaos.

Cultist of Nurgle with Open Sores

Cryonicleech has it correct. Back in the fourth ed book you couldn't mix khorne and slaanesh in the same army and you couldn't mix nurgle and tzeentch.

I've mixed and run my KB/PM armies together plenty. They actually complement well. The PM's take and hold objectives/mid field positions and the KB's push around all but the most assault dedicated units.

Sure, there is no problem with running Nurgle and Khorne. I run a WorldEater army with one unit of plague marines because for backround reasons, my warband was always fighting alongside the Deathguard vs Smurfs 'IE me and my friends doing 2v2 games' so we each lent a squad to the other side for support and diplomacy sake.

In all actuality, the new codex lets you use anything with everything. Takes the flavor out of the army if you played it from 3rd edition tho =/
