Here is my finished Games Workshop modular board. Took me over 3-4 months of painting and flocking this thing to get it done how I liked it. Coated each square with at about 2 coats of matte varnish to hopefully keep it looking neat and pretty.

Sorry for the kinda blurry image. Will try to take more and upload a few others once I am home. This is my first real attempt at painting terrain.

Very nice work. It isn't a bad product if you are gentle with it, and Forsakenmantra, you've done a nice job on it. With the terrain being mostly subtle, it is possible to move models over it with ease AND add your own buildings as well.

TYRANID ARMY and more for sale. Many Price Drops. 40K and More.

Yeah that was my main reason for buying it. That and its very easy to put away and put into the case it comes with. The terrain is also very well sculpted and plastic is high quality. I was basically too lazy to make my own board out of foam and such for now.

So far only my wraithguard have trouble standing no the hill gradients.

Looks great! I like the brownish hue you chose for the grass. Is that puddles of water you've put at the top of the board? It gives it kind of a neat marsh look overall.

I'm not like them, but I can pretend.

Observations on complex unit wound allocation: If you're feeling screwed, your opponent is probably doing it right.
