Well, they're both really good armies, but the Tyranids are getting a new book in about two weeks, you may want to wait and see what's going on with that before you decide.

By thw way (sorry Babout not mentioning in first post) i got the new white dwarf so I know some about new nids 3 wound warriors, 14 point genestalers, 5 point gaunts, plastic gargoyles, 3 carnifexes on once heavy support choice and str 10 ap 1 lance attack as a phycic power woot.

Go with nids, new codices are always overpowered. Plus Tyranids basically have drop pods that shoot stuff now.

NIDS. Otherwise you will be fighting an uphill battle. maybe counts as necronids? (Converted 'crons, Nid rules).
EDIT: the Nightbringer is nothing special. TH/SS termis, Sniper rifles (wound on a 4+), Any High strength, Low ap shooting will put an end to your fun.

Thing is about the necrons is i like there fluff alot and for me fluff is extremely important yes there codex is not that great BUT THERE SO DANG COOL!You can win with there army (if your careful and the new codex for them will probably come soon.....).

Just say: "well, um, see this really big badass lord, thats a carnie." since you are only using nid rules feel free to use cron fluff and models. Of course this all depends on who you play with.

I see your points but the problem is I love both rules but the once thing I dont like about the nids =fluff not enough tough models lol. For necrons its phase out.....

Do you want a shooty army (6's to glance weapons, Gauss arc D6 shots vs all units within 12".. etc) that has some seriously resilient troops and the hardest tank in the game
Or..
Do you want a generally close-combat based army with good elements of shooting and Psychic mastery. Much less I-will-get-back-up-reguardless but still will come with some potent stuff.

Raz hit it on the nail I like shooty and close combat but close combat more but I dont like armys with lots of close combat untis maybe 1 0r 2 to fight of the other arnys close comat guys but ya.... you see why I im having trouble lol

You want close-combat units plus you like shooting. You want more elite singular close-combat forces rather than swarm cc troops.
Try (with my rought Idea's on the new codex)
Tyrant + Tactical Insight. Strong CC unit & adds flexible tactical options. Good Ranges/Psyker possibilities too.
2 Units of Warriors; as troops, with upgrades to fit taste (but generally can be quite competant in CC)
1 Unit of Gaunts + 1 troop Tervigon to support. (Strong choice. Backup screen troops. Tervigon can support the warriors with catalyst).
1 Unit of Ymgarl Genestealers (Another potent sturdy CC unit)
Either some Hive Guards for some ranged shooty or/and some bug-pod based Zoanthropes.

Nids, new codex, new units, new models. Nids will get the update they need... and will likely be as OP as Guard and Speece Puppies are currently once they are "fixed". Then it will be Guard and Nids and Wolves walking around wrecking everyone else, cept orks... and their broken ass 4th and a half edition rules.

It's crazy how I've accidentally jumped onto the OP Guard-wagon. I chose Guard because a friend sold me a few boxes of Cadians at half the retail price.

I chose IG, because they are awesome and I liked their fluff. The fact they have some very powerful options is undeniable. They are one of the few races built to fight in 5th ed rules, it is just a simple fact.
