So I got some IG stuff for Christmas and am starting a army. I want to run a all vallhallen army but I am not sure what to use as conscripts. I want them to look different while still having the vallhallen feel. Any ideas?

I can't give you names off-hand but there are plenty of great dealers of historical miniatures out there. Checking out various lines of russian infantry should give you something of the feel you're looking for?

Why not do Cadians with Pig Iron furry-hat heads? There's been a number of folks on Dakka who've done up models like that, though not specifically to be Valhallan Conscripts. Seems like it'd be a good solution for you, though.

Well I looked at them and if I put them on some cadian bodys I think that it will look right. After all why do they need no be warm when they are going to die soon.

It would, however, be quite expensive if you're going to use them in suitably large quantities.
