Is there any word or rumor of a new Tau Codex? Some new models or anything? Let me know for the Greater Good......

Runnin up on ya.

You appear to be an imperial spy so we will tell you nothing!

Nothing confirmed but another rumor thread mentioned possible new crisis suits.....which would suck since I have 13, already painted suits.

Six mistakes mankind keeps making century after century: Believing that personal gain is made by crushing others; Worrying about things that cannot be changed or corrected; Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it; Refusing to set aside trivial preferences; Neglecting development and refinement of the mind; Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do

A new codex would be awesome, but I'm not holding my breath.

I like being one of the few Tau players in my group right now. I don't want the bandwagon to jump to Tau like everyone is doing with the new 'nids.

Last I heard it was in the line up. Something like Nids, then Blood Angels or possible BA plus Dark Angel, Then Tau. I can't remember what thread that was in though, and I wouldn't expect it until mid 2011 or later.

My guess is Tau after Blood Angels if all goes well. I am only speculating from rumours I have read in the last few months and peicing them together.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

I just got into Tau and have been building up my army. While I would enjoy a new codex, I hope it waits a bit so I cna get used to the Greater Good

Question threads are generally discouraged in News and Rumors, as they are neither news nor rumors.

Just sayin'.

That would seem quite plausible, let's hope.

Generally we prefer it if users don't use the news and rumour board for question threads like this. It's not a massive cardinal sin as such but in future if we could place question threads in the relevant board please. ta.
