The more I see of PP/Warmachine sculpts the more interested I get.

I'm the exact opposite. I’ve played WM a long time and love the direction the game is going, but their new models for about a year now are looking more angular (if that’s the right word) and weird to me. Not a fan of where their sculpts are going.

They seem to be going for an extremely 'cinematic' style, as if every model was in the middle of a neat action sequence. This seems to be hard to do, as it often makes them look like they're "posing."

Every Warmachine model I see makes me think of World of Warcraft and the crazy shoulder pads that toons have in that game. Not that its a bad thing, just seems like they have the same artist.

Big, bulky heavy armor, except for the need to show off her midriff. Also, is it just me, or does it look like she's got a grey "old man" mustache?

The midriff is armor. Kind of like batman movies.

Meh on Feora. Didn't like the old sculpt. The new one is better, but that's damning with faint praise--she looks like she's slipping on a banana peel.

High Reclaimer is cool, but the old one is cool to...

I suspect that the primary reason for these re-sculpts is that the old master moulds were wearing out, not that the sculpts needed improving, although some clearly did.

This could have been a factor in the plastic Warjack re-sculpts as well.

I really like the Reclaimer. He looks Bad Ass. But why is the boiler on his back so gorram big?

Thing looks like it would work as a pizza oven.

I think Feora would look fantastic with some of Armorcast's Cinematic effects or the flame bits from Wyrd.

That thing fuels his melee weapon, and he creates smoke clouds to hide
his army behind as they advance. For the Protectorate, the word reclamation is
synonymous with death, and sometimes synonymous with burning.

I was really enjoying the thought of the High Reclaimer cooking up some pizzas for his army after a battle. No one would complain about his service, that's for sure!

Feora is missing a couple of flame throwers under slung under her wrists.

Not a bad sculpt. Not the best, but not bad.

I love both of these re-sculpts, especially Feora's. She has a sort of praising stance that looks too cool to me at least!

I can hardly wait to see if any units will get re-sculpts.

The high reclaimer is looking really good. I might get that fig just to paint next to the other Menoth fig I've got: the epic version of him.
