does furious charge change powerfist from fighting at I1 to I2?

Does the power fist fight at the same time as everyone else when assaulting or being assaulted in difficult terrain?

No, this is clearly laid out in the rules for powerfists.

The powerfist strikes at I1. Anything else that strikes at I1 will strike at the same time. There is no "after I1" step any longer...

Only 90% correct. There are some effects in Old Codexes that allow models to Strike First and always Strike last. I remember having a discussion about striking last not to long ago, but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was about. I know the Strike First is an effect of Dark Eldar Drugs (which means they strike before even I10).

Ah yes, I forgot wytches - I dont however remember "strikes last", i think that was a relic of the old TH wording where models struck but not killed struck after I1?
