I'm supposed to be playing a game vs Daemons later. I have never played against them before.
I was just wondering what the general list most people who play daemons will be using & how tough they might be....
Any help? I am trying to decide whether to use my Nids against them (MC list) or my Guard (mech list)

Any help would be appreciated.

Well I played my Daemons yesterday against 4 different armies and those that was most durable were the IG´s ... On the other hand we had only 1 K armies and I played Khorne with 2 soulgrinder´s ( cheesy ? ) ..

It all depend´s on what U meet in the daemon list , they have many options but all deepstrike ...

I'd go with IG. Daemons will win in straight assault versus most armies out there but they're lacking of firepower (they still have a few good ones though).

Lots of sacrificial squads, medium and short range firepower with an emphasis on # of shots over AP (since everyone has an Inv save).

I hope not, I'm helping my friend make a 1k daemons army, and I had planned to suggest 2 Sooooooooouuuuuul Griiiiiiindaaaaaaaaa's.
