Firstly change the power weapon for a lightening claw as you've exchanged the boltpistol for a combi-melta you don't get the +1 attacks anyway so you may as well get the reroll wounds for the same points.

Now where near enough troops choices.

Both your Dreads are very short ranged so they need drop pods.

I don't see the point in buying 2 teleport homers for 1 unit of Terminators.

You've got Vulkan but haven't used him?

If you are taking Vulkan he should be your only HQ choice. Then you need Hammer Terminators, Meltas and flamers galore. You need a solid shooty army if you're taking Vulkan. Otherwise just get another SM character.

You have way to many points tied up in HQ and not enough troops. Standard minumum is at least two full tactical squads with transports of some kind. Then if you want you can throw in some scouts for flavor. Also, If you going Vulcan go all out with flamers, melta weapons, and Thunderhammers.

Thanks, but im on a budget. only 50 dollars per month on 40k. any other suggestions?

Buy 1-3 squads a month on ebay/swap shop, and take time painting them. And you are not supposed to give individual point values, just found that out from my list.
