Well, up north. Not sure what the rest of the state brings but southern MN is around 5-10 degrees warmer than northern MN (all them skyscrapers and gak in the more civilized parts of the state).

This coming Saturday I'm going to jump in the lake to raise money for charity. Sure it'll be a whopping 22 degrees but the water will be not much warmer than that.

when i was in Taiwan , it was around 39c and everytime i step out side its like im in an oven and then i get sick.

Well i can imagine its horrible , because atleast in Taiwan every building have strong AC
i just hop from one to another when i go shopping.
Its when i go hiking on the mountain that is awful.
its like in a sauna room + mosquito + monkey that isnt afraid of humans.

I went to the tech school in my little old town here up north so don't have much experience with the Universities.
