Hey, Frazz. Just back from Corpus. Tipped my kayak into the canal off South Padre and spent 30 or so minutes trapped in the much colder than usual water until I ingeniously escaped. Hauled my submerged kayak, which weighed as much as a smart car, from the choppy, mucky waves as my hands bled profusely from all the gripping I had to do on barnacle-encrusted boat ladders to short too be of any help when I needed to get out before hypothermia. I then emptied the bastard, re-launched, jumped back in and continued on a half-mile to What-A-Burger, paddling hard to offset the chatters. I didn't like the food there much. Plus my fething Blackberry is done.

He's actually playing fetch with it. As a lad, Frazzled had a way with animals. It wasn't until he got his first lawn that his relationship with nature soured. But he does maintain a small army of former-STASI dachshunds to this day.
