I thought I'd go ahead and post this one up here. This was a commission I did just a little while ago. I suspect he's sitting on a shelf right now as he wasn't really meant to see much game time.

Commentary is welcome.

Nice one

If in times of darkness, it is wise to follow the blind man, in times of madness, should we not also follow the madman?

Wow, that's one very well painted dragon!

Is it Golden? Or just very light brown highlighting?

Cheers,

Jack.

This is insanity at it's finest.

I actually used gold for the scales, and a fleshy brown color for the interior of the wings etc.

I think the only color left on him was the bone color I used on the horns.

It always makes me sad when paint jobs are commissioned and then never see the table. :(

Really solid work. The head especially is extremely expressive.

I gotta say, though, your ninja icon looks like he is about to be stepped on by the dragon.

Yeah, the little ninja gets himself into all kinds of trouble. I've seen him nearly get mauled by a dire troll.

Well, I really only mind if I think that no one is enjoying them. I'm pretty sure this guy is on display in someone's house right now (probably with a collection of nifty dragon sculptures). That doesn't make me sad.
