I'm not one to normally run lash, but i figured I only won grand champion of my last tourney because i went with something more unique, didnt win anything else.

Oh, and I also have nids for the tournament on saturday, but the new codex comes out so if I cant decipher a somewhat good sounding list I want my chaos as back up, havent ever not placed with them so figure they are a solid choice, even at such low points (which suck for CSM :[ )

I don't know...Lash isn't really maximized here...
Anyway:
Princes look ok, but this is not a list that benefits too greatly from them, and don't rely on them.

Plague marines: not even a pair of flamers for lashed squads...the meltas look alright, though I'm not one for Min sized squads are not my cup of tea.

I like a more manly squad size like 7+...

Its looks good enough but I agree that Lash seems kinda out of place. The best use for it I can see is bunching up things for Plasma which is good to be sure.

If this was my list, I'd simplfy it. Remove the Lash Princes for either Warptime Princes or Khorne Princes (to be cheaper still). Turn them into fast moving battering rams.

Keep the Oblits but change up the PM some. Drop the Fist Champ and Rhino from the Plasma squad and turn them into an objective camper. Use those points to bulk up the other 2 squads instead.
