Pretty straight forward. My buddies told me Speche Muhreenz can assault out of their LRs, and as I hate the Imperial dogs I just wanna know if I can assault out of my CSM LR. Thanks.

Yea, if you can go with page numbers, do so.
The poster needed help in finding the page these rules are on... Gwar! gave it.
It should have just ended there...it's not like there's any grey area that needs explaining or quoting from the rulebook/codex...in the end it only needed a bit closer reading of the codex to find the answer.

I agree with Gwar completely. I know GW's lawyers can be a vicious as Microsoft (Registered trade mark).
Also I don't care if you hate the "imperial dogs" you should still attempt to spell things properly as it makes you seem a little less obnoxious.

Similar question...
Black Templar codex says that a unit assaulting out of a LRC get frag grenade benefits. It doesn't say it's an assault vehicles like the new vanilla marines though.
And I understand the rules say you can't unless it says you can.
It doesn't say so but implies so.
I would think RAW no, RAI yes?
What's your call on it?

No, you cannot assault out of a moving LRC if it is from the BT codex
I have *never* seen this disallowed however, which includes one heat at this years GT...
