A general get you started article here, and a dramatic return for the Tyranids in cityfight article which includes some new stratagems and a sample army list.

..another Space Marine statue in the background there I see...

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

Nicely noticed. Here's hoping when/if it comes out that we dont see it made of textureless vacuformed plastic again.. looks like a lot of detail would be lost from the harsh edges it has.

Check out our new, fully plastic tabletop wargame - Maelstrom's Edge, made by Dakka!

isn't that space marine statue the same one they had at the space wofl gatet thingy?

The Imperium of Man is able to traverse the Warp with difficulty when their Emperor concentrates from his golden life support machine and lights the way. Unfortunately, because the Emperor has the attention span of the average 5-year-old Pokemon fanboy, this means that many an unfortunate Imperial ship has had the WTF WHERE'D THE LIGHTS GO experience, which in the Warp is invariably fatal.

In stark contrast to the new Fantasy army that shall not be named, this looks like a very nicely realised major release. My only quibble is the price...

Yes I think so. It was one of a number of resins they made and have been slowly using up over the years as scenery.

Mmmmmm 'Nids, am watching the post tomorrow with uncontainable excitement.

...might well happen IMO.

I dread to think...

The GW blog hasn't been updated since tuesday over here... first time i saw this.

Looking very nice, like the behemoth gargoyles a lot. And the stratagems, of course.

95% of teens would go into a panic attack if the Jonas brothers were about to jump off the empire state building. Copy and paste this if you are the 5% who would pull up a lawn chair grab some popcorn and yell JUMP BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was hoping for a peak at a Tervigon or Tyrannofex. Disappointed. :(
