Can Rune priests use their psychic hoods more than once per turn? Like if i have 2 runes priests, can they do just that?

Rune Priests don't have Psychic hoods.

And yes, each Priest can use their Rune Weapons negation effect multiple times a turn.

They just can't both attempt to negate the same power.

Note - this is because of the errata to the SW codex on the website, as the book version would allow you multiple attempts.
