I've tried to do chaos but well....was not fun at all.
So I will try to find way to make at least "may be can win" list with my minitures.

I dont have lascannon models(I have 2 of them but not yet builded)

I have 2 missileluncher guy and 5 termies left in my box.
So adding is bit hard but changing weapon isnt so hard.
Bad thing is I dont have another multimelta.....If I could I'll put it on speeder.

Your 1000 point list is good. Are you going to split your tac squads, because the Plasma cannons are going to do much if your going for objectives. Then again you do have the Ravenwing to claim objectives.

I lonely landspeeder won't last long. I would loose it and get a rhino with dozer blade for each of your tac squads which would take all your remaining points. Otherwise I would get a drop pod for your dread and then maybe a razorback for a tac combat squad.

Yeah landspeeder is weak but I don have other miniatures sadly.

I think I can add 2 assualt cannon on termies instead of landspeeder,what do you think?

Maybe plasma on bike would work too.
and what do you think heavy bolter on speeder and attackbike? I think attackbike should be mounted multimelta.

I'd drop the Speeder as its an easy kill point.
Adding assault cannons is a good idea.

On your 1500 list I'd go for Belial over Sammael. Terminators as troops are better for taking objectives than Ravenwing. With the people I play with objectives are in cover and ravenwing have to make terrain tests to enter it without dying.

You can add Cyclones to your terminator squads. Wouldn't have to change the LC or TH at all. You can have both.

I'd split the ravenwing into combat squads. Position them near an enemy and use the teleport homers to drop your terminators in accurately. No scatter rolls with them.

Or you could get some transports for the tac squads. Maybe a drop pod for the dread, and then 15 points to spend on the tac squads for melta guns, power weapons etc.
