Solid paintjobs on them so far, I have a suggestion though.

Your flesh tones, blues and browns are nicely done, but I don't think the red is as good. Perhaps another wash of brown / black in the recesses to increase the shading.

Aside from that, well done.

Nice work, i like what you did to the blue on the syringe.
