My only advice would be to darken the lines between the armor plates of red with a darker red or some black ink/wash so that they stand out better.

To me the rupture canon doesn't look like a rupture cannon :/ I think if you just green stuff it up some it will be fine.

I was gonna do that with mine. I was gonna GS the seams close and make a few tubes from the back going into his torso. Ill keep the front the same.
