Just looking for folks' opinions on this semi-competitive list:
Dawnlord Vyros
* Chimera
* Manticore
Dawnguard Sentinels (Leader and 9 Grunts)
* Griffon
* Dawnguard Sentinel Officer & Standard
* Soulless Escort
Arcanist
Seem strong enough for a semi-competitive environment?

I think you want a Phoenix in there, either in place of the Chimera/Griffon or to
replace the Manticore. Reach on a sturdy heavy will help you get Flanking. You're not going
to channel spells so often as you are going to try to charge or run with your warjacks or
even shoot due to bird's eye.
What are you going for with your list?

To be honest, units I think look good. I like all the 'Jacks, though, so I could make a swap without worrying. Haven't purchased anything, just yet, so suggest away!

The word seems to be Invictors over Sentinels because of the versatility. Then for heavies
you're looking at Hydra/Phoenix for their 360 LOS ranged attacks. Don't know if a light is
worth taking at this point level. Maybe with a Scyir to crash it through the lines...
However that screws with your points.

The easy 7 points is Eiryss and two Snipers. Dish 9 points of auto damage a turn.

How about adding an Arcanist, an Escort to the Invictors, and bumping the Hydra to a Pheonix? That leaves me at 35, but I am not sure if that is a good list or not.
In the end, I am out for fun, but I hate losing, so I want to at least put up a fight.
