The regeneration biomorph allows you the chance to regain wounds on the roll of a 6 as long as your alive, but I was curious if this works even when your engaged in assault. A few people have been question me and the rule doesn't clearly say you can't. I think it would be pretty useless if an assault based army could not use an important upgrade when in assault.

There are no restrictions on regeneration so it can be used while in asault

Yes, it can be used while Locked in Close Combat.
