hey peeps,

I've resently purchased a sisters of battle canoness for my witch hunters army. Naturally, ive been looking at the model to see what wargear i could get away with having on her. I'm looking to try and get her with a rosarius so that she receives some form of invulnerable save however im not entirely sure what i can pass off as a rosarius on the model as all the codex says is that its " a badge of faith"? Therefore im wondering if anyone has any idea as to what could be passed off as a rosarius on the model or what i could do to try and make a rosarius?

A little imperial eagle could do it, a lump of green stuff painted gold, etc.

New canoness?

On the arm holding either pistol, there is a studded band around her bicep.. paint it a different color than the armour under it.. and .. Bing! Rosarius.

Older canoness? Paint her =I= symbol a different color than the other icons on her.. Bing! Rosarius.

Also, the little skull respirator makes a decent little emblem if you paint it a little fancier than the others.

Really though, a rosarius is a bit wasted on a Cannoness. Better to get 2+ Armor and possibly immunity to the first ID hit, then just pop faith for a 2+ Inv save. That makes her hard as a coffin nail, and considering that nearly everything that is AP 3 or meaner is also Str6 or more, she is getting ID'd the first time you fail that 4+.
