Subject: eldar and chaos colours

I'm painting 2 Nob models:
As you can see one of them features several chaos parts, and one is teraing the  out of an eldar guy. I am wondering what colours these parts of the models are technicaly supposed to be, preferably including the appropriate basecoat.
Also note that the orks are Mordian blue.

Chaos can be any color, so long as the emblem is picked out in silver or gold. It's what Chaos does.
Eldar can be anything within a combo of colors. White is a good helmet for them, blue armor on the seemingly-muscular ribcage and arms and such is good.
