Hello everyone. These are my first two Space Marine Terminators, with the old tac squad trying to bomb their superiors' pictures.
The regular termie is actually partially painted a number of months ago, but I wasn't happy at all about him, so I stowed him away. That is until I painted up the sergeant, and felt it took so little effort finishing the first one, to give him some company.

The paint scheme is loosely based on the Dawn of War II scheme, what The Blood Ravens or something? They're not meant to look like them or anything, I just thought they were somewhat neat, and wanted something similar for my leftover AoBR marines. I also don't have a space marine army, what you see in these pictures is the full number of space marines I have (painted.)

Also, on a side note, I know the power-sword looks absolutely TERRIBLE... I apologize for brutalizing your sensibilities like this. Trust me, I considered omitting the right-side-shot to try and cover it up until I get it retouched, but I'm a sucker for.. err.. Dame Honesty? no. Lady Truth? Agh... I'm crap at lying, OK? In any case, I'm fully prepared to do the honorable thing and fall on my sword, but it's so UGLY (and tiny) I can't bring myself to do it without some encouragement. Now that I'm in any case confiding in you lot, I may as well admit right now that the wash is lathed on kinda thickly. I just don't have the patience to layer it on. My excuse is that I'm a product of Generation Instant Gratification, and I'm sticking to it!

I took a look at the power-sword again, and it burned my retinas! Still, I struggle with clicking submit before taking the pic down.

drill out the barrels and your storm bolters would look 10x better.

Yeah, totally. I used to have a pin vice(? little hand drill), but I had an electrician here, and he stole it, and now I can't afford a new one...

I owned a pin vice
The electrician stole it
My pin vice is gone.

(turns out I suck at haiku too. )

Thanks for the comments guys. Pour on the criticism and comments everyone!
