As the codex seem on the out is getting to look a little is it true or is the nercons have to get a change?

I think necrons are extremely powerful if played right. My buddies army is really awesome and keeps up with everyone elses armies, including nids and orks.

Yeah, Necrons in any group that isnt highly competative will do fine, although they do need an update.

Necrons need a few obvious rules changes, the least of which would be replacing the WBB rolls with Feel No Pain. Also, they aren't costed properly anymore compared to the new SM and Tyranid codices.

Are you proposing a new rule? Or just stating the codex is in need of updating. If so, the 40K General Discussion is the best place to find a topic on the subject, or start a new one.
