So I was severely disappointed when I went in to the FLGS today, as despite 6 Trygons having sold, no one had assembled and brought one in. One guy had assembled one, he just didn't bring it along. I'm trying to decide if I want to make my Tervigons out of Trygons or Carnifexes, and I really want to get a good sense for the dimensions of the Trygon before I get one to mess with. Anyways, I would really appreciate it if someone would set down a relatively unmodified Carnifex next to a relatively unmodified Trygon. Both front and side views if you would be so kind.

Thanks. And I did see that one, I just assumed he had messed with the joints more to get it angled like that.

He didn't do as much as he could have; the "waist" joint on the trygon is a little hex; thing with a ball joint at the end; so you COULD use the 'Fex tail; OR swap the orientation of the Hex thing so the tail points "up" more.

So I think the Trygon body will work much better for what I want to do. Now I just need to find some spare Carnifex legs...

Ok, I had no idea what you were talking about before, and looking at those directions again and seeing what you referenced, I realize it's even better for what I want to do than I first thought. Thanks again!

Hoard-o-bits on ebay has 4 or 5 sets of carnifex legs on for a reasonable price right now. may be worth checking out his shop.

Watching those, but with the auction that's about to end sitting on $15, I'm hoping the other ones don't end up the same.
