I assume that only one Hive Tyrant(HT) can be in any single Tyrant Guard(TG). But there is not enough Information.
Even though it's all in that one sentence. It looks like you can have 2 HT in one TG

I read that as "single" meaning only one HT per Tyrant Guard brood.

If you try to join a second HT you have disobeyed the rule you just quoted. So no, not allowed...

That pretty clearly says a 'single' Hive Tyrant.

If you're thinking that 'including the Swarmlord' means one Hive Tyrant plus one Swarmlord may join a unit of Tyrant Guard, I think you're wrong. The rule is saying that for the purposes of Shield Wall, the Swarmlord is considered a Hive Tyrant.
