As an Ork player, I want to kill and be killed by my fellow Greenskins.
And as an Inquisitional player of the Ordo Malleus, I see them as neglible, so long as they are not interfering with the exorcism at hand.
As an Eldar player, I see them as more of a threat to my enemies than to me, and thus, a tool.

As long as that lady was ridiculously big, smelly, green, and sounded half stupid they might stand a chance of being treated right. More likely not though seeing as they dont even treat each other right.
