Ok here's the scenario, before anything else let us assume everyeone is in range of their guns. 5(A) marines shooting at 5(B) marines. there is a huge wall blocking the view of 4 (A) marines but 1 (A marine can see the 5(b) marines. My question is, can all of 5 (A) marines shoot or jsut 1 (A) marine? I was looking for it in the BRB but i failed so might as well ask you guys. Thanks in advance.

Every model which can draw LOS to the target unit may fire, so in your situation only a single marine can fire. Check Page 16 of the BRB, "Which models can fire?"

Note that even if you can only see one model then you can kill more.
